REMARKS

1. Multilingual audio guides are available in Korean, Chinese, German, and Spanish. They will be provided free of charge. We recommend that you make requests in advance to enjoy this special service. Units may not be available if your request is made at the last minute. One unit or more will be provided per group. (Depending on the conditions at the time your request is made, it may not be possible to provide one unit per person.)
2. When the Fuji Visitor Center is closed or if the tour is behind the schedule due to traffic conditions, the Fuji Visitor Center may be skipped.
3. We recommend you bring a coat or warm clothes especially from autumn through spring.
4. The road to Mt. Fuji 5th station is sometimes closed due to heavy snows in the winter and the early spring. If this is the case, or if the tour is expected to be behind schedule due to operational reasons, you will go to the highest possible point.
5. Sometimes, the entire view of Mt. Fuji is not visible even at the summit due to the weather; please note that this will not serve as a reason for cancellation or refund.
6. If the Lake Ashi Sightseeing Boat or Mt. Komagatake Ropeway is not in operation due to the weather, traffic conditions or other operational reasons, the activities will be canceled or replaced with other activities, such as going to cruise on Lake Kawaguchi, Lake Kawaguchi Ropeway, Hakone-en Aquarium, Hakone Ropeway (Owakudani Valley), Hakone Shrine, Narukawa Art Museum, Hakone CheckPoint, or other such location.
7. Please note that the order of the sites to be visited is subject to change due to weather and traffic conditions.
8. This tour is offered to travelers from overseas only.
9. JTB staff will assist you from Nagoya Marriott Associa Hotel to Nagoya Station and Shinagawa Station to Hamamatsucho Bus Terminal.
10. No staff will accompany the tour on the Shinkansen.
